Islam’s sincere apology REJECTED.

Praise be to Allah, and peace be on his beloved Messenger, Prophet Muhammed
(P.B.U.H). I have to admit, I’m still in shock over this one. In response to my
article, "Answering Islam on the run!" ,
Answering Islam’s Sam "The Sham" Shamoun made an abrupt change, and
issued to following statement:
"I
need to apologize to all of you, but more so to Nadir, for my very bad and
un-Christ like behavior. I have come to the realization that my comments were
very offensive and contrary to the Bible's teaching om how I am suppose to deal
with others who do not share my religious beliefs and convictions.
It
was wrong of me to insult and ridicule Nadir, his prophet and his religion. I
need to debate and evangelize with a more respectful attitude towards those I
disagree with. I know there is room for righteous anger, but my anger has been
anything but rightoeus.
So
I ask Nadir for forgiveness, and ask the Lord Jesus to forgive me. I will do my
best to remain civil when addressing and dealing with Nadir's arguments.
To
all my brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus Christ please forgive me and pray
that I can be more like Jesus when I deal with those who hold to different
relgious convictions. And also pray for Nadir that God will do a work in his
life by drawing him to the truth of his word. I know he feels that he has the
truth and that we are the ones in need of gudiance. This where God needs to
reveal himself to the individual. Arguments don't convert people, God's Spirit
does it.
Again,
I apologize to Nadir and wish him the best. "
I’m not sure what this apology had to do with my article, but I
immediately accepted his apology. His apology really moved me. I really
appreciated the fact that he took back all the insulting remarks about Islam.
But I was no angel either. I of course refused to insult his religion in
return, as Islam forbids such behavior. In addition to that, It is my intention
to bring the Christians out of the darkness of false doctrines made by men and
into light of God’s truth, just as soo many Christians have been saved. You
can’t do that by insulting people’s religion. But rather, what I did do, was
insult Sam personally. I made fun of Sam’s morbid obesity by calling him Sam "Shamu"
Shamoun, and ridiculed the fact that he is a bald, middle aged, total loser
with no girlfriend, wife, or significant other and lives with his mother. Not
to mention, his filthy shabby appearance, as I mentioned one time:
"man, I remember meeting Sam "The
Sham" Shamoun one time, we both live in Chicago, he had this really nice
brand new t shirt, it was one of those "left behind" (I think) t
shirts based on a christian novel, anyways, I meet sam 3 weeks later,he had the
same t shirt on, but this time the t shirt was looking soooo old, dingy and
dirty,just like a rag that you would wipe the floor with,it looked like it was
a 5 year old t shirt with the collar all bent out of shape"
And that was wrong what I did, it was mean and
insulting. I should have just ignored Sam’s insults and moved on. Therefore, I
also issued an apology to Sam and his followers. In addition to that, as a
gesture of friendship, a few days after Sam issued that apology, I was asked to

show, I was asked about Answering Islam particularly, my article "Answering
Islam on the run!", rather than using this opportune moment to
expose the lies and misinformation of Answering Islam, I remembered Sam’s
sincere apology, and I covered for him, I stated:
"Actually me and Answering Islam had a
kind of beef between us, but last night we patched things up, so there are
things I gota take off that article, but here is the issue between me and
Answering Islam, there issues about a debate, I want to debate him on things
about his web site, but he had declined on certain things, soo we decided to
work those things out"

So, how did all this change? Well, shortly after
that radio show, I attended a Christian chat room on paltalk.com in which a
dispute was taking place. The dispute was over a certain Arab Christian nick
named "Christian Prince" and his means of "evangelizing" to
Muslims. "Christian Prince" has to be one of the most vile,
insulting, hateful, individual I have ever met. HIS ENTIRE MINISTRY IS BASED ON
INSULTING ALLAH, PROPHET MUHAMMED(P.B.U.H), AND ISLAM! His insults are soo bad,
soo x-rated, and vulgar, I cant not quote them in this article, nor can I post
my debates which I had with him on my web site. Anyhow, some Christians were
criticizing him for his style of evangelizing, as it did not represent the true
way of Christ. Actually, many good Christians have separated themselves from
this pig "Chrisitan Prince", and his vile manor of evangelizing, and
I salute them. Anyway, to make a long story short, guess who showed up for the
party? You got it, Answering Islam’s Sam "The Sham" Shamoun. What a
amazing coincidence, heh? Now, recall what Sam mentioned, in that apology:
"I

Not knowing that I was present in the room, this very same Sam "The
Sham" Shamoun who was soo sorry for "insulting, ridiculing Islam,
began to ferociously defend "Christian
Prince" and stated the following:
"Christian Prince’s
approach is effective by God’s Grace, no one has the right to
criticize it, there is no one best approach to winning anyone to Jesus
Christ,
"Submit
to God" who kept telling me what is the best approach, there is no one
best approach,the only sure approach that works all the time is the holy spirit
of God convicting and converting people …."
"Even
the Lord Jesus was harsh and cruel to people who disserved it because of their
stiff neck sinful pride blasphemous ways… (applicable to Muslims today) "
So Answering Islam’s Sam Shamoun tells me, insulting Islam is
"wrong", "un-Christ like", and "contrary to the
Bible’s teaching", but this same 2 faced trickster behind closed doors
encourages other Christians like the vile "Christian Prince" to
continue to insult Islam and calls it "effective"!!!! There are no
words to describe such deceit and bold face lying. AGAIN! I feel like such a
fool for trusting this Christian con artist. I should have taken him to the
cleaners and wiped him out in that unchainedradio.com talk show.
And finally, I would like to thank Allah(swt) for opening my eyes to this
great treachery. I would submit to everyone that in spite of all of this, I do
not I have hate in my heart for Answering Islam’s Sam Shamoun. Rather, I feel
sorry for the guy, this man, has no honor. No diginity. No self respect. And it
must be hard going through life like that. It is ironic, but just before all of
this transpired, I read the following verse in the quran in my daily devotions,
and I leave you with this:
"If
a good befalls you, it grieves them, but if some evil overtakes you, they
rejoice at it. But if you remain patient and become Al-Muttaqûn (the pious -
see V.2:2), not the least harm will their cunning do to you. Surely,
Allâh surrounds all that they do. " (Aali Imran 3:120)
